Harts Pass drone photos
I went to Harts Pass last Tuesday for my birthday, followed by an overnight stay at River’s Edge Resort in Winthrop. It’s one of my favorite drives in Washington State with some of the best views I’ve seen anywhere. This is the third time I’ve been to Harts Pass. Fun fact, it’s been dubbed the most dangerous road in Washington State given some very narrow sections that sit beside a 1,000 ft cliff. You are specifically advised to not drive up there with trailers since you’d find yourself in a bit of trouble if you came across someone head on. Also, this is the highest elevation of any maintained road in the state of somewhere above 7000 ft.
